I stumbled upon this hostel on hostel world portal. Frankly I wasn't too keen to book this due to the lesser review available. But it turned out to be a gem. It is mere 500 m from the Roma termini railway station, bus, metro. The rooms are spacious, clean, with comfortable bedding. It is a quiet place The staff is super helful. ( They agreed to keep my luggage safely when I missed my train, after I had checked out) Go for this place - it's great, the staff is super helpful. Note - The reception is in a laundry store currently.

To the person many posts ago complaining about bugs. They are a dumb a**. Made me super paranoid about the room. We chose a private room with 2 beds and private bathroom. It was awesome! Huge space. Can pay extra $15euro for air conditioning a night, we did it a couple nights. If you are travelling in the summer I would say it is necessary. If I come back to Rome I would 💯 come here.

You can never expect much from a hostel, realistically. However, the bedding they provided was just, effectively, two thin sheets: far too little for November in Europe. The windows are paper thin, so in the morning if you are in a room anywhere near the road you will be woken up by very loud cars and people talking.

Horrible hostel. Rooms are stinky and boiling hot. Shower and tap water randomly stops working at various times of the night. They do not even have lockers for your luggage (first hostel I’ve ever seen that does not have this). Location is good in the sense it is close to the train station but the area itself is very sketchy surrounded by homeless people and junkies. Both me and my friend had our towels randomly dissappear after our first night and then had the owner enter our room and raise his voice at us claiming we stole towels (even though we did not even have towels) Overall just a horrible weird strange hostel that i would not recommend.

Awful experience!!! Our airline cancelled our flight +24h in advance and I did contacted the place, attaching the airline email to try to get some refund for the missed night, they denied. Not even 50% of it. Nevertheless we went there as we have 1 more night already paid, oh god, what a experience.... travelling back in time. Dirty curtains, stinky blankets, shower carpet was untouchable... The place was extremely dusty everywhere and every corner had spider nets. Will never recommend to stay here, unpleasant experience and zero emphatic management team.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
