Booked this in advance and spent all day travel from the south of Thailand just to find out that you don’t have a room at 8 pm !! And they want to transfer us to the nearby chain one which is another Hr of travel thru BKK traffic jam. Why didn’t the staff just emailed or call that they messed up our booking??? Check in time is at 2 pm right? So u literally have 6 hrs to check up ur guests but u didn’t and waited till the guest spent time and money to get to your hotel and gave them bad news.The receptionist’s face didn’t even feel sorry when she said sorry. Once we got to the other chain (which is in Sathorn) the room smell of cigarettes. We asked to changed. They did but still same problem. The room is def not worth the trouble that we went thru.

Good points about this place - Reasonable buffet, or even next door for local food if you are willing to pay. - Near to shopping mall - Near to MRT Bad Points - Only change towels in 3 days - Facilities are abit run down - If you are adding additional bed, the bed is rather hard - I requested for connecting room, but they ask me to check in to check for availability despite, I requested 6 months in advance and my flights will only allow me to reach the place at 6pm, no reservation for that. - The pillow are very soft, to a point your whole head just sinks into the pillow, perhaps this is subjective for individual. All the pillow in my 3 rooms are like that.

Advertized as a 4-star hotel, but it falls short of expectations. Rooms and accommodations are visibly dated. I get that hotels sometimes don't provide single use toiletries for environmental reasons, but they also don't provide faceclothes and hand towels, forcing me to ask for additional bath towels to dry hands after washing (how is that environmental?). Good location though, within walking distance to subways and shopping malls.

Loved the stay here rooms were big, cozy and clean and with bathtubs 😜. It's located centrally so everything is nearby staff are nice and friendly and can speak decent English. One feature i like the most is the security you have 2 key cards one for room and other for the lifts. Pool is small but view from top is amazing especially at night. Restaurant is also great serving delicious food overall a great stay if you are looking for coming to Bangkok you can definitely pick this.

Period: End Dec 2023. Large rooms, slightly noisy aircon. Well priced IMO (SGD 100/night). Pretty near both the BTS line and the MRT. Lots of massage places to choose from. The shopping mall Terminal 21 near by too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
