Stayed in Taipei for 7 nights, at 3 different hotels and FX Hotel Taipei was by far my favourite. The price was very reasonable, clean, spacious and customer service was phenomenal. I would have loved to have stayed at this hotel the whole time I was in the city. I love the purple rooms and the shower setup. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Hotel is in a building with other offices. Main lobby is not very obvious so had a hard time finding it. Service was good, no issues with check in. Hotel had a weird atmosphere although its a 4 star hotel, it felt like an old hotel with weird design. TV was old but useable, room seemed a little run down with little upkeep, toilet is quite dirty with stains, furniture is quite old. Overall it’s good for its price and location but not for the faint hearted, could be better with upkeep of the hotel.

High value hotel with great hot showers. Love the shower. Impeccable water pressure. Better than a spa. The included lunch in my stay is pretty decent and the service is very good. Beef noodle soup is very good. Close to the train and good restaurants in proximity.

Everything was great with this hotel from the front desk check-in to room comfort, the daily maid cleaning and the restaurant service staff, except for the breakfast each morning were exactly the same with mostly less than warm (almost cold) food... and the lack of "get in-line" mentality with many hotel guess... 🙄 I do however believe the hotel can do better in helping guests to be more organized by putting-up signs to direct guests in getting food/drinks in an orderly fashion... especially when there is a large group crowding the restaurant.

Good location, Metro station is just few mins walk from the hotel. - Room is not ready even if it is 3pm - Took 5 staff just to check in 2 families ? - Booked for 5 nights, requested to changed bedsheet on day 4 and it wasn't changed. - For the last 2 nights, the towels were not even changed. Overall the room is alright, Spacious and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
