In a time of great need the lovely owners took my dad & I in and provided us two incredible rooms for a quick overnight stay. The service was impeccable and the location a good 20 minute bike ride outside the old quarter. Breakfast was brilliant and the overall atmosphere was beautiful. I will definitely return for my next visit in Vietnam.

This place is a true home away from home. The owner really cares about his visitors and goes above and beyond to suggest activities tailored to personal preferences. We have been to Hoi An many times previously and we got many new ideas of things to do from the owner. The hotel is really small, quiet and private, but has access to a resort next to the beach, gym and spa etc. so with a short journey one can get everything available at higher end beach resorts for a fraction of the price. Breakfast is fresh and you can order what you want the night before. We will come back. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Very nice Hotel, a bit outsideof Hoi An, with an awesome Pool, nice, very clean rooms, superfriendly staff and a beautiful terrace. It is possible to take bikes for free to go in 15min into the Center of Hoi An. We had a great time here.

Beautiful little boutique. Service was excellent, everything very clean. Food was fantastic and authentic Vietnamese breakfast (with other choices). Free bicycles provided (5mins from old town) reception will call a taxi that arrives in minutes if you would rather. Moped hire available at very good price. Airport pick up and drop of available at very good price. Will stay again.

We had 2 night stay in G boutique Hotel. It is a mini resort with no more than 20 rooms. But it is really a Gem. Rooms are decorated so beautifully. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast are lovely. Highly recommend to everyone!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
