Pros: Prime location: Steps away from Gurney Plaza Mall (a big plus!), making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. Ideal for families: The interconnected suite and standard room combination provided the perfect layout for my getaway with kids. They had their own space, yet we were still close by. Exemplary service: Both the on-site staff and the phone customer service agent were courteous and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Impeccable maintenance and cleanliness: The hotel was exceptionally well-maintained and spotlessly clean, exceeding my expectations. Room for improvement: Buffet selection: While the food was good, the menu felt limited and somewhat reminiscent of a 3-star hotel. Offering more variety and unique options would elevate the dining experience.

Loved the location and convenience of being next to Gurney all and paragon shopping centres. The rooms were OK, toilets and showers could have been better designed and the renovation was OK although the black paint in the shower was peeling off and there were speckles of paint on our feet when we showered. Air con was very cold at times, the temperature regulator didn't seem to have much effect. Loved the free mini bar. Executive rooms were very spacious. We would definitely come back and stay because of the convenience and location. The naming of the lounge and bar (G spot) is very tacky and lacking taste in my opinion (I wonder if they know what it means... Surely?). Very good 24 hour gym. Very good pool. Hope to be back. Free car parking for guests.

My 89yo mum and I spent 5 nights in G Hotel Gurney over Xmas 2023. We were on the 11th floor with a view of the sea. The room was very nice, the location was wonderful, the car park was complimentary. We didn't get to use the beautiful facilities like the infinity pool and the gym. We also did eat at any of their in-house restaurants. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. I can't find a bad thing to say about G. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay there again. Plus my mum had the best sleep in our 2-week tour of Malaysia.

The rooms are clean but not friendly to ppl that need to do makeup as they use yellow lighting for relax mood. Honestly, bad service. No greeting at the lift entrance, no assistance provided as to where we are going to. Lobby service was not pleasant as well. Worst is the security guard that stops on coming cars, which can either cause an accident from incoming cars from the back or the security will get knocked down. Food was so so, nothing to talk about. The only 5 star rating ill give is the location of the hotel as its easily assessible to other places.

Large, clean comfortable rooms with good facilities. Location is excellent. Was unwell on this trip and the hotel was very supportive and helpful. Staff were not only responsive, professional and polite but also proactive. Would like to specifically commend and thank the guest service centre as well as the duty managers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
