First of all, its cheap so you get what will you paid for but personally for me, its a good hotel. Its quiet in the evening and have everything I need around the area. There is a resto beside it called Cheroq cafe and their foods are tasty. There is a big supermarket at the other side of the hotel to buy any supplies. The other side of the supermarket is the wet market where I get my breakfast, a lot of options to choose. In front of the wet market is the chinese food court. The hotel is not located around tourism area, more like a housing area but it is in between Kuah and the other tourism areas. So you will need a car or a bike to move around. Parkings are free.

Everything seems ok except the toilet. The flush didn’t work. It’s disgusting. They gave another room and still the same problem. How can a basic facility like toilet is bad and gets good reviews is beyond my comprehension. The worst part is they were not willing to refund. Booking dot com was useless and didn’t help. After talking for hours and begging they (booking) agreed to cancel .. but hotel staff just ignored. Very bad hotel! Never ever book this place

New motel, clean, friendly staff, easily accessible, near to town. The room has almost complete amenities like a hotel, only there is no fridge. For travellers who spent most of their time outside the hotel room, this is the perfect place. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Not so spacious but good for its price. Surely will come back again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
