My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here. Felt like a home away from home while we were in Tokyo! Clean rooms, amazing AC, great shower and bidet! Kitchen includes a sink and stove and the room is still big enough to store our luggages and have enough room to relax and kick back. Not to mention the location is fantastic, minutes away from the subway, taxis, buses, convenience stores, and restaurants. Also close enough to many other restaurant options and entertainment. In saying that, you are still in a location where you can enjoy some quiet time if you need it. The roof top is great to relax on and enjoy the view and truly feel like you are in Japan. The host and staff are absolutely amazing, from courteous service to always going above and beyond expectations if help is required. If you give enough time you are even able to have your luggage shipped to the airport in advance if needed or to other locations. The host and staff have great knowledge of the area and of wonderful sites, attractions, and restaurants to try and see. They also speak Japanese, English, and Tagalog. We loved every minute of being there and are extremely grateful for such a wonderful opportunity to stay there. Thank you again for the amazing time and memories. Will definitely be back and will always recommend this place.

Great location for sure, very close to Golden Gai. Simple amenities, it would be great to have a toaster... To go with the coffee maker. More hooks/area for clothes would also be good. Comfortable bed, and good aircon - we were here late December, so it was getting pretty cold. Good hot shower

My wife and I stay for 4 days here. Very cozy apartment. More spacious than any standard budget hotel room. The location is very convenient in Tokyo, it is near Higashi-Shinjuku station exit. There's a lot of konbini around: Lawson, Seven Eleven, and FamilyMart. Also there's Tully Coffee nearby.

We stayed at G-Stays Shinjuku with family for 1 week. The location is very nice, very close to the center of Shinjuku. Also there is a train station just 1 minute walk. The staff is super friendly. The room price is cheap.Highly recommended

Good and clean rooms, stayed there for a week and it was close to the metro stations and good restaurants and hotspots. David was very accommodating and we stored our luggage with him after check out for 3 hours which was convenient! I would stay here again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
