Pros: Room for 4 is spacious and generally clean. Quiet environment. Breakfast ends at 10 am. Affordable and selection is OK with hot and cold selection. Staff speaks English. Cons: The carpet is a little dated and daily cleaning can be improved. A good 10 min leisure walk from myeongdong station exit 10. Note that exit 10 has no lift though.

Lisa and I were on a quick trip to Seoul and the location of this hotel was perfect. It was in a decent shopping and restaurant area. We walked to several tourist attractions and were able to shop, eat and drink around our hotel at night. It was an easy cab ride from the train station. The staff were professional not friendly. We had no odd interactions as recounted in other reviews.

Quiet location with a lot of local restaurants around which was great to get away from the hassle and bustle of myeongdong. It was not the cleanest hotel as I found some other people’s hair when I took my first shower there. House keeping also has different standards. The first night I felt only the bed was made and nothing else. The second night we got fresh towels, amenities and 2 bottles of their complement water despite the first 2 were not consumed the first night. Decent hotel but for the price I would stay somewhere else next time.

A friend and I stayed here for three nights. We were upgraded to a 3 persons room upon check-in and were overjoyed. It was nice to get a corner room with so much more space. There was a soaking tub in the bathroom which made it feel more luxurious than a business hotel. The elevators were controlled by room keys which made it feel safe despite having them so close to the Main Street. The reception also happily stored our luggage upon checkout! Amazing!

We were there for five nights, everything was going alright until the final night, we find out our slippers got thrown away when we got back, normally the cleaner place new slippers if they took the old ones away but they have forgotten, I ask kindly for new slippers, a guy with a bit grayish hair was so impatient and mean, giving us double times more slippers than we asked for while saying “if you want to ask things for free, just take it” as if I begged him for things that should have be there. Hotel has a good location but I do not recommend this hotel to you all due to very rude staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
