I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The panoramic views from my room were breathtaking, providing a serene backdrop to my entire experience. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but also diverse, catering to various preferences. DO NOT BOOK TOURS AT THIS HOTEL. At the hotel everything was fine. However the luxurious tour to Ba Na Hills was not great at all. We were sent to BaNaHills with a tour company that stopped us at a so called "craft village". It had nothing to do with a craft village and merely a building with people inside trying to sell products aggressively. The tour guide said she was going to prepare the tickets but actually the tickets were bought once we arrived at Ba Ba Hills and not at that craft village.

Really great hotel overall. Room was very modern and clean, had good air conditioning, and the bathroom was very spacious and had a nice shower. Our view was incredible; we could see the Dragon Bridge, beach, and mountains just from looking out the window. Housekeeping was always on point. Laundry services and room service were quick and easy. The hotel breakfast buffet has a lot of options, mostly Vietnamese food but was tasty and had a good assortment. The daily passionfruit juice and fresh fruit were wonderful. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Very good service fron receving lobby to reception to cleaning services and restaurant staff esp. to Toni. Location is just waling distance to han market, indo china mall and big c and others. We had a great view of bana hills from our room. We had a great 5 night stay. Thank you to all the staffs who accomodate us during our stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
