My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time!! From security,reception,dining and room service everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Reception helped us with taxi’s when we needed. There is a spa on the first floor which gives discounts to guests-great place! Food is outstanding and service is excellent!! Everything is absolutely perfect in this modern and vibrant hotel. The staff is so polite specially "Limbo" who works at the reception and makes our stay so easy. I would like to stress that shower is completely separate that the rest of the bathroom which is not always like that but really convenient. We were a bit worried about the noise but the rooms ares completely quiet. At last the breakfast is a must and really worthy

Gaas BaasCo is a great & and from what I discovered, a pretty well-known hotel. All staff, including, front desk, security, bar and wait staff were all friendly and fantastic. But, I would like to specifically mention the manager Yogesh for making us feel so welcomed & comfortable. The facilities at the hotel offered for the prices of their room is exceptional. Our hotel rooms (yes we chose to stay here TWICE during our vacation) also came with our morning ‘breakfasts included’ which quickly became our go-to breakfast choice during our time in Kathmandu. It was tasty with quite a variety from fresh fruits, juices, toast to puri. Other facilities we thoroughly were grateful for was a fairly big TV in the rooms with apps like Netflix, YouTube etc. so if you do want to wind down after a long day of exploring Kathmandu, the choice is there. There was also a late room service (do try the daal bhaat power meal because it was delicious), a spacious and modern bathroom with a separate glassed out shower which is not very common in Nepal, dry cleaning facilities, frequent room clean services, a couple of gym equipments, a bar etc. the LOT. Overall, this hotel has quickly become my go to hotel for any further visits to Nepal and I will definitely will be encouraging others to hopefully visit and feel the same!☺️

The service and management is pathetic. Basically if you are known to the management they are nice to you and enjoy small talks over the table. For the rest of the tourists you are just garbage for them put right at corners without any attention. Manager and the staff is only interested in local crowd and local people mKeing jokes with them. Service have gone down like a building in earthquake. Not at all satisfying. Just the saving grace is food quality but costly. But when you are willing to pay good money service is the first priority. Sending good money and pathetic service is a big no no.

If you're looking for a place to spend the night at Thamel, I highly recommend this place, I LOVE IT! My Initial Thoughts: So every now and then, I make time with my friends for a night-out to party together and this has been our choice all the time. When I entered the hotel for the first time, I was really amazed by how the rooms looked, I thought I was in another country🤩! I have to applaud the owner in giving the rooms a eye-catching, modern, and foreign 'Airbnb style' look👍. About The Rooms: Talking about the rooms itself, they may look confined, but we could easily fit 6-7 people in one room. Rooms have just about everything you need. Air-conditioning, charging ports just beside the beds, a small balcony to grab some fresh air, a bathroom with necessary toiletries, and even a good TV! There's a mini fridge filled with consumables, but a reminder that it's paid. There's a lot of flexibility in choosing room options as well so you may not worry about that. Location and Pricing: This place is effortlessly accessible to navigate to. Compared to other hotels and stay-ins, this place has ample range of rooms, including the pricing which I believe is better than the market price there so I highly recommend this place👍. I really don't have any negatives, they've done a good job! Such a good place to stay, great nightlife, easily a 5/5⭐ from me! I hope this review helped!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
