Great location in a buzzing area of bars and restaurants of all kind. The room is very nice, well designed and minimal, the breakfast options vary from Turkish to bakery products , which was great? However the only minus is the coffee options: if you want anything other than a black coffee (let’s say a cappuccino) you have to pay extra. Other that that the hotel is great value for money. We used the spa services (sauna, swimming pool), which was a great way to relax after spending the whole day visiting the city

This is one of the best hotels that has a rating on 4 star hotel that we believe it should be higher. The room was very clean shower were great. Breakfast wS very good coffee great food was efficient we have traveled alot and between some that did say they are 4 star this is a true 4 star.the staff us and was very helpful to us even help to retrieve a taxi and gave us help with our luggage and local sightseeing. Highly recommended 👌

Emre and Mert at reception are very helpful. Also girl in the restaurant is very nice. However , the breakfast is the same every day, there is nothing to eat but eggs, moreover today my friend found a hair in his omelette.

The staff are super friendly, the cleaners are nice, everything was clean, it’s near the Galat port , the area is nice full of restaurants, cafes and small grocery stores , the breakfast was simple and standard but I believe high quality, I personally loved it, for others it might me considered simple or limited …. For me the hotel is 10/10 for the value of money but there’s one issue when you want to consider booking at this place the sound proof is soo bad, you can easily hear the TV from the room next to you , people talking in the hallway, at night there’s a near bar which is very loud, I personally can’t sleep in the morning because of all the noises, I can sleep only at night when I’m so tired and I can push through all these noises So if you are a light sleeper you should consider this, if you are a heavy sleeper I believe this won’t be an issue

I stayed a few nights at the Galata Hotel during my last trip to Istanbul, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is truly fantastic, nestled on a charming street filled with cozy cafes and delightful restaurants. It was a perfect spot to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The Galata Hotel itself is a well-maintained establishment with modern amenities that cater to the needs of its guests. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist and provide recommendations. Their warm hospitality added an extra touch of comfort to my stay. The room I stayed in was cozy and impeccably clean. It provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from the terrace. It offered a stunning panoramic vista of Istanbul, creating a memorable backdrop for enjoying breakfast or simply relaxing. Speaking of breakfast, the Galata Hotel's morning spread was exceptional. It offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a satisfying note. From fresh fruits and pastries to hearty dishes, there was something for every taste. Overall, my stay at the Galata Hotel was nothing short of delightful. The prime location, friendly staff, comfortable room, and stunning terrace view made it a memorable experience. Also, I profited from the gym and swimming pool on the underground floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
