Absolutely fantastic hotel! We had the most amazing room which was modern and newly refurbished (with AC), with a balcony and a hot tub with a beautiful view. The hotel was down a quiet street (you can’t drive down there but parking was less than 2 min walk away). The owner and staff were lovely we will definitely come back!

I stayed at Galatia Villas for 5 nights with my friend in the end of September - beginning of October. I booked our room through their own website already in January and I am very glad I did so: Galatia Villas definitely exceeded our expectations. This is absolutely a five star accommodation in their own category: offering a budget friendly, clean, authentic Greek option about 10 minutes walk away from the center of Fira. The location is really good and peaceful as there is no traffic nearby. It is a privately owned small hotel where the owner works himself and takes care of guests’ needs. Friendliness of the hotel staff overall made definitely an impression. When booking through their own website, it was possible to book also transfer from/to the airport, as well as add a bottle of wine and fruit to the order. We were able to enjoy our wine and fruit plate at the lovely yard already when we arrived as it was earlier than check-in time and we really appreciated it. Our room was located at the annex building 30 meters away from the main building. The standard room was clean and good size for two people. Air conditioning worked very well. The room had a small fridge which was convenient for beverages. We really enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi at the patio next to our room. Fabulous and relaxing! I will definitely stay at Galatia Villas again, if I travel to Santorini by myself or with a friend.

We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, a sensational experience, the best part is that the jacuzzi is protected on the balcony so the night air doesn't hurt and you can stay until late, room cleanliness is 10, very modern decor and everything is very cozy and new , very polite staff. bus stop I think 3 minutes from the hotel and outside you can walk to the center of Fira. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely little out the main route villas. Hot tube in private balcony nice place to relax and unwind. Bit of a walk to centre of Fira but not too bad first few days used main road but has some lovely side roads just follow path under road bridge!

It's a walking distance from the center of Fira, Santorini. They need to maintain some of their rooms as our last day, water drops are leaking from our ceiling. It's a bit struggle to lock the door. Just a few room fixing and you're good to go. 😉 Staffs are very polite and friendly. So yes, I still recommend this hotel. Enjoy your stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
