Such a cute and cozy hotel in the old city , which is well maintained and clean . The staff is always available and the rooms are kept clean and tidy everyday . Warm water is always available and the breakfast is just amazing . We stayed here multiple times , and regardless of where ever we stayed , we would always find this hotel to be the best of all .

I would like to say that Zhana is AMAZING! She was always attentive to everything and supportive. I’m so happy I met her and made my stay incredible. In general I think the big highlight of the hotel is the staff! So happy with my experience here

Very very clean rooms and beautiful hotel interior, staff are polite and professional. The lady who makes breakfast is lovely. Only the location is not that much and it is not accurate on google maps when you order a taxi.

Stayed for four nights, the hotel is peaceful and tidy. The room was cleaned every day, and the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The breakfast, especially the pancakes 🥞, was delicious. Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
