        The hotel looks amazing on the outside and the inside!!! Looks like a palace and inside it feels like a dream... The fountain is mesmerising and the experience there was extraordinary. Totally WORTH IT! The service there was the best. The staff was nice and when I entered the hotel room, they even left a card for us and some food

        It is an exceptional hotel with many compliments and added value for customers. The rooms are excellent, there is silence on the higher floors. The team is well organized. The only thing that seems strange is that sometimes they miss cleaning the rooms and have to be reminded. Leaving that aside, I had many pleasant emotions from my stay here. I recommend to visit and have your nights, games and cool emotions here.

        Was a great stay at Galaxy for 4 nights. Manager Suwan who helped us with the check-in was fantastic and professional. The room is luxurious with daily mini bar top up. Love the spread in the mini bar. We requested for premium pillows which were given promptly. Daily house-keeping was fantastic. The whole hotel is certainly customer-centric. Was a memorable stay and highly recommended!

        We stayed 2 hotels during our Macau trip and this is our second time staying at Galaxy Hotel. One thing that stands out for Galaxy Macau is their service. Their staff is smiley, courteous and warm. The check-in and luggage handling process was very smooth. Peter and Mah Lin left us a very good impression of the hotel. Peter is very polite and attentive. He checked on our preferences/needs and recommend us to restaurants and local treats. He is proactive in services as well, and bring us to extra luggage stand when he sees that we needed one. Mah Lin is very warm and friendly when doing our check-in. She answers all our questions patiently. After knowing our flight is in the evening, she extended the check-out timing as well. The housekeeping team is prompt in service and always greet us when we pass by them. The hotel provides different kind of pillows to try on and makes the bed again by every evening. The location is very near to LRT/bus stops and to Old Taipa Village. There are many food options in the hotel as well. One drawback will be the Casino staff. Their membership counter staff and casino marketing staff has a nonchalant attitude towards slot machine player. I have an issue with my old membership card and approach counter for help. Without questions ask, he said I there is no more physical card and I need to do e-membership and he discarded my card. When I re-approached him on slot machine points earning, he then said I needed a physical card but it was discarded and I need to find help on my own from Casino Gong Guan (marketing PR staff?). When I ask casino attendant for help, the reply I got is PR may not have time for me. Ultimately my card got replaced, but this absurd service left me a very bad impression on the Galaxy Casino as compared to Lisboa, MGM, Wyn etc.

        The hotel's customer service manager Jeyson went above and beyond to make sure my family has the best experience of their lives! We had the warmest welcome upon arrival from all staff. The hotel itself is amazing, spacious rooms, well equipped, and with the best pool. If you want a relaxing and fun holiday, the Galaxy is the place to be 😍

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
