I booked this hotel just to have some hours of sleep after arriving by train to the city, and all I had was stress all the time. First we arrived and the receptionist didn't know how to speak English (in a 3 star hotel), it took 20 minutes for check in because he was translated everything on this phone. We asked if it was possible since we arrived at 6:30am, to do check out at 13h, instead of 12h, they told me I needed to pay extra. Then asked to pay, and I told him I want to pay by card, they told me the machine was broken and I needed to go to a atm right away. I told him no, that we needed tk rest and when we awake up we would go to the atm. When we awake up we took a shower and the all bathroom turned it a pool, almost the room also. We went to do check out, again they used the phone to translate, because nobody spoke English. The bed was comfortable, but for this price you get a better room with better service. I do not recommend.

On the website it showed that visa was accepted, but I couldn't pay by Visa, so be prepared to bring cash or go elsewhere. Staff would just need to communicate better in English if they can but also most importantly not to advertise was is not available. Location is okay, you can connect with the locals, they are very friendly.

It is overpriced for what they offer. When you pay this kind money you don't expect to have holes on the floor between the wooden planks, you can't walk even walk without shoes. We also found a cockroach between those holes. Moreover, the staff is completely rude with you. We booked a room in @hotel where it said complimentary breakfast included, but when we arrived they said that we didn't have breakfast included if we didn't book directly with them. Why would you then put thiw on the description on @hotel website: "a complimentary buffet breakfast is included"? We had to argue with the recepcionist and he couldn't even explain why not, just saying no in the translator. In the end I showed him the description and he said ok, but the attitude was rude and not even saying thank you or sorry or whatever. We were going to stay a few nights more just to avoid changing places, but after this situation we decided to change.
