This is my first time here and it was nice for me. The parking is free and they have great customer service. Due to issues with the rental car I ended up being extremely late for check-in. I called the front desk and they were really nice and told me it was okay and to just keep them updated. When I arrived the check in process went really smoothly. The receptionist even gave my daughter some cookies for her birthday even though they were already put away. The lobby, halls, and elevator were all clean. The room was okay but you can tell the housekeeper must’ve been rushing because there was pubic hair when I lifted the toilet along with a few pieces of toilet paper. But I typically bring my own cleaning supplies when I travel so I just gave everything a really good clean. The rooms could use like a really DEEP cleaning just to get all the nooks and crannies in the corners. The microwave could also use a little cleaning. It was a little cold when I arrived so I turned on the heat on for a second…it smelled so burnt that I ended up turning it off immediately. They also don’t have any balconies. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable, I love that they have a microwave and fridge in the rooms, they do serve breakfast and cookies in the evening (cookies are amazing), they have free parking, and located near a lot of stores, restaurants, and theme parks. I would def book with them again in the future.

Great stay. Nothing special, but nothing bad either. Definitely 5 stars worth. Staff legitimately tries to make sure you're having a great stay. What struck me the most was the cleanness. This hotel is constantly being cleaned, loved it. Breakfast was simple but OK. They switch every day. Staff super friendly. I asked a couple things, was helped immediately. ATM in the hotel is cheap, definitely recommend.

It is located close to Disney World. The room had two beds and although it felt a bit old, it was well organized. There is an ice machine on each floor, which is convenient. A simple free breakfast was included and there is also an outdoor pool. Coffee is also provided for free.

During my stay at the Galleria Palms Hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the room. A thoughtful touch was the availability of coffee and tea at the reception for self-service, which I found convenient. The hotel's swimming pool was a lifesaver, especially when traveling with energetic kids on a day when you don't want to venture far. The service from the staff was consistently kind and friendly, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. This hotel offers excellent value for money."

Perfect place to stay if you are looking for an easy, clean and affordable place to stay in the area. Hotel was very quiet, very nice to come back to a place that is calm and quiet after spending all day at the parks. Check in and check out was super simple, staff was very nice, and the continental breakfast was super helpful in the mornings.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
