Nicest hotel experience we've had in a while. The staff were friendly and conscientious, for example if we walked by someone running a vacuum they would turn it off (with a smile) and wait until we weren't around to resume. Desk people who we hadn't met yet would know our name. The hotel was spotless and fresh smelling. The rooms and common areas were updated. The beds were comfortable. I would most definitely return to this little gem.

However, it's essential to note that the WiFi service struggled with video calls, making it less suitable for remote work.

We stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel on New Year's Eve 2024 and it was a fabulous experience! It's the oldest hotel in San Francisco! Who knew? My mother was born and raised in San Francisco and I lived there and worked a block away for many years and I never knew. The Gin Martini was also developed there and they do a happy hour with Gin Martini and wine every evening for their guests. Our room was lovely, everything was clean and modern and just visually beautiful! I cannot say enough about this hotel I will stay there every time I go to San Francisco to visit. They have a small park on the 3rd floor where you can sit under a tree or you can take a run on the small cement track. It is near Chinatown and Bart and Metro. Near MoMA within a short walk to Union Square and the Ferry Building. The service was just wonderful, and they have onsite parking, which you pay for, but it is well worth it. There is also the White House Parking Garage a half a block away that is about 20 dollars cheaper and safe if you don't want to pay the hotel price.

The staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond. Each of them provided a warm welcome and were helpful and attentive to every question or request ("i'd like a sunny room"; "I left my key in my room"; etc.). The beds were also comfy, the rooms spotlessly clean and nice touch with the refillable water bottles and water stations on each floor..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
