Location is really nice, close to many shops and restaurants. The veranda is overlooking the nice street and other buildings. Was able to watch the fireworks on New Year. The room is very spacious. The bed is comfy, the rest room is huge and clean. The receptionists are all friendly. The breakfast needs improvements. Overall, I'm definitely going back and stay in this hotel.

This is a great little boutique hotel in a phenomenal neighborhood, right is the center of Vake and next to the Mziuri park. Sure it's not a Four Seasons, but the rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the staff is very friendly and helpful, and there 24/7. The ground floor lobby has been recently renovated. And there is a really nice round the clock gym in the building too. How anyone could give Gallery Art a 3* (or below) rating is beyond me.

Positive: - kind and friendly staff - spacious and clean room - good location and you will find everything you need nearby. Negative - small entrance on the back of the building. - the lift is old and in bad condition - no soundproof in the room , your voice will be heard from the door of the hotel Good but not as expected

Beautiful little hotel rightin the center of Vake. The entrance is a bit confusing as the building lobby is under construction (i was tild they'd finish by September), and the hotel itself is on the 8th floor. Otherwise, the place is great - service, clean and very well appointed rooms, access to one of the best gyms in the city, beautiful neighborhood, and cafe Lui (tue best coffee shop in Tbilisi in my opinion) only 3 mins walk. Will stay here again.

It was a great stay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful specially Levan, Salome, and Khatia. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean. We loved our stay at the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
