Fantastic location. The service from the bellman, front desk, food service were all excellent. They made this hotel stay comfortable and excellent. I'd highly recommend this hotel on the wonderful people who work here. Only negative would be the small room and even smaller bathroom. The bathtub/shower is dangerous, getting in and out of.

Great location in my opinion. Close enough to most major tourist sites and attractions and has plenty of dining options nearby as well as pharmacy around the corner. The rooms were great and housekeepers did great job. Only issues was our bed and expensive cost of laundry service. The bed had an obvious dip in the middle (Room 202) to the point where my wife kept rolling into the middle in her sleep and thus unable to get quality sleep. Also I felt a bit blind sided by the cost of the laundry service (ended up paying over $300 AUD whereas the same quantity of load in Santorini cost me half the amount) - the location of the laundry list isn't obvious and I failed to see it before submitting my laundry. On bright side, they have good breakfast buffet.

We booked here as part of a special birthday holiday. The room was sold by our travel agent as “city view” but turned out to be a view of a dark courtyard. The staff were excellent in their response to our complaint and worked hard to resolve our problems. In the end, a lovely stay, super convenient, but expensive.

The hotel is in a great area, close to all the best in shopping! The staff is less than friendly and not very helpful with recommendations or directions. The rooms are just ok and the breakfast was a 3 star breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
