We booked this hotel through third party so I was concerned about the service, but it was great to me, room was clean spacious and loved all the windows, staff was friendly, food was really good as well. Great location as the water taxi stops there and we could just explore the city that way. Also close to the birch state park and beach, walking distance. Son enjoyed the pool even though was so cold on 1/20-1/22

The staff at this hotel is awesome - especially Orlando at the front desk. They are in the process of renovating- but once it’s all done it will be amazing. Small restaurant but great breakfast. The rooms were spacious and I had a great view

This was one of the worst stays at a hotel I’ve ever experienced. With a check-in at 4pm I was told we could only check -in at 4pm no earlier. When arrived the room was not ready. By 5pm was told the room was still not available. I had a dinner party to attend at 6:30pm. I finally received a set of keys at 6pm to find out the keys didn’t work to the room. I asked the housekeeper could they let me in, but their key didn’t work either. Went back to the front desk and they said the battery in the card reader didn’t work and would send an engineer. The engineer arrived around 7:15pm. 3 hours after “check-in” time I had no access to a room. Valet parking is sketchy. They pulled up 3 vehicles that wasn’t mine. At one point I asked had the car been stolen because they kept bringing the wrong vehicle. Said somehow 3 cars had the same numbers. My family and I had to wait 30 minutes before they brought the right car. The rooms are freezing and the ac doesn’t turn off. The highest my room would get was 67 degrees and that is because I opened the balcony door. The bathroom floods. The comforter had spots, it was just flipped over. Nobody at the front desk had any courtesy with all the inconveniences. I never once yelled I was patient, but none of that mattered. No apologies and still make you pay the FULL amount. I have never experienced a stay like this before.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The room is disgusting and smells like urine. I didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on the sofa. Everything was dirty. The lady at the front desk working 12/12 and 12/13 is the most rude person I have come across in the hospitality industry. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. But I didn’t get to enjoy the views as the curtains were disgusting and didn’t want to touch them. I will not be back!

The pool isn't heated! Whenever you ask, they say they are working on that but apparently they have been working on that for 5 years. I have 3 kids, a heated pool during Christmas would be nice especially when it is cooler. I agree with most post here, the hotel needs some work. That being said, not having a heated pool is hard to understand for a big chain like the Hilton. I will not return until there is a heated pool. Location is great though...near everything, walking distance or a short uber ride from some great restaurants. Beware of street view rooms, very loud at night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
