Stayed for a night on 21 Oct at #18-12 and imho it's a great place for a short stay. Unit is fully furnished including with toiletries and also washing machine comes drier function so you can have peace of mind of getting your cloths dry. Facilities: This place is equipped with a swimming pool, gym, tennis room, 24hr self-service convenience store (never had a chance to try due to the store requiring some face ID), BBQ @ rooftop - feels abandoned and empty to be frank maybe not many residents utilise the rooftop area, and accessible public transport via monorail about 3 minutes walk at Medan Tuanku station. View & Environment: The place surrounding has some nightlife bistro or cafe but limited option with short walk just outside the condo. It’s hard to miss. Inside the unit you can see a glimpse of KL Tower view in the medium room where I’m sleeping but you can get a picturesque view at the swimming pool. Overall I had an enjoyable stay at this place and I would definitely come for another visit next time.

Lots of local and hipster eating options nearby. A great serviced apartment with amaxing pool and magestic view of Petronas Twin tower. Walking distance to nearest LRT and monorail, great for tourists stay. Near to supermarket to get groceries.

Visitor's parking space is slightly limited. To road to the residence is narrow with a side parking spaces along. The residence itself is very well maintained. Not a super huge space for stay but still super chill and you have access to most things you need within walking distances.

Rented an Airbnb in this building. Good experience overall, considering the paid price. Spacious rooms and good facilities. The pool and rooftop are great. The building maintenence is on the poorer side though.

Great apartment complex. 5 mins walk away from dangwangi LRT and 5 mins to monorail in front of quill. 10 mins to two supermarkets, one in quill and the other lulu hupermarket. Amazing pool with views of petronas. Lots of local eating options nearby

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
