We had a fantastic stay at Galway Heights Hotel. It offers everything you'd need for a comfortable stay, wonderful music playing in the evenings, delicious food and located close to everything but on a quiet street. Alex and Agannthika were especially helpful with resolving every request we had. Thank you Galway heights, I hope to be back one day.

Nice experience. Great hospitality from the staff. Food was mainly focused on Indian cuisine may be because a lot of Indian check ins were there on that day. Anyway food was good , a buffet with a good spread. Had a walk in the forest near by .

Very reminiscent of an Irish hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were all upstairs, be prepared for some steps. Hotel was decorated for Christmas. Room was a little musty/damp but overall comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good quality.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Service was top notch and felt like a 5 star hotel. The location is very nice, located in a quiet place in the midst of gardens. We were provided with warm towels at welcome to wipe our faces and a hot pumpkin soup with focaccia as welcome drink. The rooms are well maintained and feels cozy. They have a decent buffet spread, good dining. The food quality was also good. They also took up special requests for baby and prepared the food accordingly. Overall good experience. I will recommended this hotel if anyone wants to visit Nuwara Eliya.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
