Clean room with great interiors incl. electric blinds. Staff overall friendly and able to accommodate english language. Shower had no curtains but had already read about this, so weren't surprised. It didn't bother us (couple) but if you put a thick jacket/bag on hook; it blocks the shower view. The train station is directly outside. We parked on street parking for free. Handy shops: grocery stores and bakery underneath.

Excellent budget hotel located next to a train station. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and soundproof. I faced the train station and there was construction out front but you didn’t hear anything. It’s above a grocery store but area is residential so really not any dining options within walking distance. Cafe in grocery store is adequate but coffee is not good and sandwiches are okay

Visited for a couple of nights. Location is good, right next to the train station. There's a supermarket next door where you can grab some pastries for breakfast. There is a car park, but plenty of free on street parking a few minutes up the road. The shower is open and has no privacy to that part of the room (toilet is behind a door). But the shower had excellent water pressure. No where obvious to get dinner from in the local area. Would recommend for the price.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating even though we didn't speak German, the hotel is in a great area, there is a tram right next to the hotel and a supermarket right under it. One complaint I do have is that me and my father found ladybugs in our room and the shower has no curtain or door. The bathroom also has no door so while you are in the shower you are open for everyone to see.

The hotel was so accessible by train as there is a train station nearby. Parking overnight was expensive for nothing (€15/night). We managed to find plenty of available parking spaces outside the hotel luckily. Room was extremely clean, spacious and modern. I loved the ambience in the room and the hotel lobby. Checking out was easy and convenient. Highly recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
