Very disappointed. 1. Food is not good. They serve cold and yesterday’s food. 2. There is water problem ,the tap does not work 3. The tv does not function properly. 4. No hot water 5. No lift system 6. they cant serve most of the things that they have on the menu. 7. I also did find 1..2 cockroaches in the room. 8. No buffet breakfast in the morning is a huge 🚩for me. I did not know that when i booked a room here. 9. The toilet also has problems. 10. Very Slow wifi Overall they are nice people. They do respond and try to help. But a hotel like this is only ok in case of emergencies and when you have no other option to stay in another hotel. I am giving 1 star because they respond every time i had a problem. And that they were not rude with me.

Very poorly managed hotel. Stayed in room elite deluxe room and paid full but toilet flush didn’t work throughout the stay nor did there was any water to Shower or wash ! Made a complaint from night to morning and only thing they did was , give excuse ! Never coming back again, please go Somewhere else

Worst place to stay ! Charge you full price , but there is no water supply , no for the sink , shower and even flush ! You don’t know when water will go and all you will hear is excuse! Please do yourself a favour and don’t risk staying here !

Unsure why the previous reviews seem so negative as my stay here last evening was good. The shower was wonderful, very hot and a nice pressure. The staff were courteous and allowed us to come and go as we pleased and order take out food to the hotel. Their room service is impeccable: beers arriving at the room within minutes of calling down and a smooth check in & out process. The location is excellent for those arriving or waiting to depart by air. The bed was large and comfortable and their security guard was extremely friendly and helpful. Side note: on arrival, we were instructed to leave all luggage where it was and make our way to the room. The security guard kindly then followed up within minutes with all the baggage which is a very nice gesture. We didn’t dine here, but their menu is extensive and provides a great selection of Indian, Nepali, and western options. I would seriously recommend staying here.

Very close to KTM airport. You can walk there easily. only 500 meters from airport. Very nice staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
