I've stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks now. For a single room with a single bed The room was spacious. The bed is awfully firm that's my only complaint. The rooms are clean in the staff was friendly and helpful. As for location it's quiet and outside of the city. Short walk to the subway and easy to maneuver. The city could clean up the streets because there is a lot of trash. 😞

Nothing extraordinary, small room but very nice and affordable. Great service. It is quite a bit away from the city center, but very calm and near a tram station is near. The bathroom smelled a bit funny of sewage.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t expect to receive a double bed for a single person, that was quite surprising. The food was good and the room was good. Overall i liked my stay, would recommend. Conveniently a supermarket is like 10-15 minutes away by foot and 7-8minutes metro station,additionally the bus station is even cloaser than the metro.

The room provided to us was a 4 bed family room. Not many issues with respect to quality of beds or promised amenities. We quickly noticed that the quality of air conditioning was just about enough for the spring and it could be quite difficult to have cool air throughout the room esp. during summer. It became evident that the plumbing was quite poor and there are noticeable leaks in the shower. While it was manageable there is a necessity to do deep cleaning inside the shower area. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous to us. We did have issues connecting to wifi, but it worked from the second day. Food quality is decent during dinner and quite good for breakfast. The cleaning of the room was satisfactory. The location is not that great. Families with kids should be wary of unscrupulous elements operating at late nights (with a tent/ bed setup) near the Q8 petrol station a few hundred metres from the hotel. This is presumably beyond the control of the hotel management and might possibly be a weekend only affair. However I thought it maybe necessary to provide a bit of warning if you chose to wander from the metro station to the hotel late at night and don't want to pass through some nefarious activities.

I stayed at this hotel twice with my family and dog. We loved it! Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, the restaurant in the hotel is really good and breakfast was very tasty as well! They even had a small gift package for my dog! I really recommend the hotel! Plus it's close by the subway

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
