This hotel no privacy, the rooms are looking each other’s. The photos looks nice but actually not. Breakfast has only pork options no chicken or seafood or beef About beach; Almost no beach you can’t have sunbath… you can chill only pool side.

Few foods options for breakfast, housekeepers don't wipe or clean bathroom good we found our hair on the floors many times, also the restaurant foods are mostly with pork or ham no halal food at all, also, you can hear everything around the room I swear it's really hard to sleep, receptionist very rude no hospitality at all I really don't know how they hired her, this resort doesn't meet 5-stars hotel it should be 3 starts.. better you pay extra and take another hotel.. one more thing, in the booking they will show you the rooms are sea view .. trust me, they're all pool view except the premium room.

I like the room, huge and nice but facilities not available yet, like gym and on the beach side, service alright, Location quite far from the main road, but good for skip from town and relax with the beach side.

This hotel is right next to a picturesque rocky beach, making it a prime location. Although the hotel itself may appear slightly dated, the rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The dining experience was satisfactory, without any extravagant offerings, but the coffee surpassed expectations. The pool is stunning and provides a delightful opportunity to relax and take a refreshing swim while enjoying the beachside ambience. Additionally, there is a small sandy area adjacent to the beach, which I found preferable to the stony beach nearby. The hotel boasts magnificent views of the beach, truly setting it apart from others.

Pathetic services at the time of check in and check out, non co operative staff and rooms are really small as per 5 star rating, located in outer, no service like taxi or scooter arrangement around, staff also don't guide first time traveller. Not recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
