        Right before we got there, the host was very impatient and rude by calling several times to know when we would arrive, even after we said the flight was delayed and we couldn’t control it. After we arrived he was also very rude. - in the pictures the apartment and the rooms look very spacious and clean, and that is not the case! It looks super different, the rooms are very small, the house is old, there is mold on the walls, the furniture is old and broken and the windows are covered in black plastic. - the doors are in very bad conditions, they get stuck and won’t open. I got stuck in the bathroom and on the same day me and my boyfriend couldn’t get in the building because the door would not open! - the bed sheets don’t look clean and smell weird… and there is not any towels for the guests. - there is a kitchen but the stove doesn’t even have stove heaters. Overall is was a terrible stay. We planned to stay for 4 days and we had to leave on the second day. Don’t stay there!! Very over priced for the bad conditions they offer.

        Not great. The bathroom faucet worked but was only sitting in the faucet hole. You had to hold the faucet down with one hand in order to lift the handle without pulling the faucet out of the sink. The shower was broken so the top had separated and the shower curtain was a foot to long so it folded over the drain. There was a fan in the room with no fan blades... all in all 140 for a room that would be 30 in the states but it's a tourist city. Clothes Washer was broken, you had to stick a knife in to unstick the door latch to open it. There was a clothes dryer next to the washer but you are not allowed to use the dryer, only the washer. There was no towel in the bathroom, not even for your hands (we didn't expect a bath towel). There are all sorts of time restrictions on making noise or showing or flushing, or being noisy on the stairs. I mean we are 50 years old and don't really party. We're not generally loud but all the rules were a bit much. If you just want a bed and don't care about the rest the location is pretty good. But we have also been in much nicer places for far less. Add to all that we had to stand outside calling and ringing the bell for 20 minutes to get someone to respond. That's not forever but when you have your luggage and just traveled for 12 hrs it seemed unneeded, especially since when someone finally showed up to let us in they were there the whole time. I mean it's a business right? Is answering the business phone at 3pm to much to hope for?

        Incredibly rude owner, poor hygiene of the place, including bed bugs. Owner declines responsibility for bed bugs in their premises. The place should be closed down. Avoid at all cost. Hint for others: remember that if scammed by the owners you should report to ASAE or call the police on the spot.

        I just stayed one day but I will not stay there for more than one day, the bathroom and kitchen did not smell good. There are cockroaches in the stares out of the apartment and garbage. There are not light when you are going up to the apartment.you have to wait for the owner to clean the room and wait outside of the bulding until he finished to check-in. I give 6 of 10

        the owner was 30minutes late because "he had to pick up lunch" even though we told him 5h in advance our exact check in time and he confirmed it. He was at least trying to be nice to get a good review so thats something. We booked a room for three, but one of our friends couldnt come so we were only 2. The host told us, that if he got a 3 person booking he would move us to a different room, even though we paid for the larger room. The rooms were okish, but quite small. They were kind dirty and we found bed bugs under the bed. the walls were paper thin and even if someone just walked in the hallway you could hear it. The location within the city isnt as bad, but the house its located in is pretty anoying.
