Staff was very friendly, always saying hello. The included breakfast had a broad assortment of foods with signs for every dish. Food was very tasty. The pool is very large and has a separate,shallow pool for children or adults who would rather wade than swim. The beach is only steps away. The hotel has placed floats to mark a safe swim area in the ocean.

excellent view of the temple, 1 line to the sea, a nice swimming pool with a smooth entrance, a large area with benches and sea views - for privacy. The rooms are a bit old, the nearest shops are relatively not far away. suitable for a relaxing holiday, the price of accommodation at the hotel is not high

Pros: big room, big swimming pool, private beach, nice view. Cons: Rood receptionist, dirty room, all the furniture is dirty, disgusting; no wi fi in the rooms only outside in the open area with no AC. The floor in the room and in the bathroom is very slippery, would not recommend for family with kids.

hotel room is very spacious.. nice overlooking views from rerrace the pool and sea.. also the museum can be seen.. the pool is very big and clean.. not noisy in the evening where you can relax and enjoy your holiday... the area around the hotel is very big .. overall the hotel is good for vacation to enjoy with loveones and family🥰🥰🥰 and the food will also satisfied your cravings and tummy... but must finish what you get...

Can’t go wrong for the location and having the sea and a private beach a few steps away from your hotel pool. The breakfast was great. It was nice hanging around the beach on the chairs late at night🍻 great first time in Pattaya.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
