Staff are very welcoming, professional and nice. The room was small the extremely comfortable king size bed fills most the room. We're ok with the small room to have such a comfortable bed. It's in the middle of Korea town. There's a fancy restaurant in the hotel, a McDonald's next door. As well as a few restaurants within walking distance. Parking is reasonable at $10 a night. In this area it's one of the nicer places. Expensive but you feel more comfortable and safe. We saved $50 a night by booking online as opposed to checking in at front desk.

On-site underground parking was very convenient, safe and only $10 which is cheap for LA. The staff was friendly and the location made is easy to Uber around to downtown or Hollywood areas. Grocery store, liquor store, food truck and other restaurants only walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like about the room was that the curtains didn’t close all the way but other than that it was a great value for the price. Definitely staying here again.

We recently stayed at this location. The people from reception are very friendly and location wise it's excellent, as it's right in the middle of Koreatown with a ton of food options around, supermarket right across the street, metro is only one block away and it takes you anywhere in LA, and plenty of bus routes too. However, the hotel needs a remodel and the rooms are very small. The restroom has a weird layout with the sink so farther into the wall, and the toilet does not have a lid on the seat so things can fall inside the toilet. The carpet needs a cleaning too

The staff was rude mainly. We asked for a room upgrade from 2 twin beds to 2 queen beds as we traveled with our daughters for the trip. They tried upcharging us 140 extra each night. And when asked for any type of manager, the said nobody is available to speak to. They were unwilling to accommodate us in any other way the rest of our stay. We asked for clean towels before 9 am and was refused by the door man. Said we would have to call the front desk after 9. There was no breakfast available as advertised. Our shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere. There is a nice sign next to it claiming we are responsible for any water damage. The view was horrible. Basically a wall a few feet from the window in a narrow alley. And it smelled like chemicals in the rooms the entire stay. I'd pass on this place if you're reading this. Save yourself the headache

Place is big and clean. Bed is comfortable. The AC is noisy but in October weather was ok at night so we didn’t really need it. It is really expensive for what it is, it’s US system’s fault however. The neighborhood is not the worse but be careful at night and even during day time as you will encounter a lot of strange people. Close to the subway.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
