We stayed for 4 nights in September 2023 with my BFF and loved it. The staff is very friendly and helful ! The Hotel is clean & secured at night ! The room (1 single & 1 double bed & a bathtub) we had was great, the double bed was very comfy. The single bed cannot be used for sleeping though, the matress is very slim and not comfortable at all, I reckon its more a sofa than a bed ^^ The room was very clean and very calm, despite the location of the hotel (very central, near all the bars & nightlife). We will come back for sure !!

Great location, bed is ok, staff is friendly. But there were many things broken in the room (phone, door handle, toilet seat was not connected, remote, safe) and there was only one place to charge a phone in the room. Also it would be nice to get a clean towel sooner than this, we were there for 4 days and one got one towel per person.

A great hotel for anyone looking to get the most out of this great city! Everything is within 5 minutes of walking distance from the hotel - the stores, restaurants, clubs. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean. Overall a very nice experience. I highly recommend!

It’s a perfect location for those who are planning to enjoy Budapest.Those who are in the reception were so polite and friendly.we stayed in the middle of June .They let us keep our belongings even after the checkout .Very calm and safe area.Perfect for couples and family.One of the hotels which has nice receptionists.

Room was not very clean. Stains a previous visitors vomit in the bathroom. Towels and cups were not properly cleaned. Room itself had very low ceilings. Windows were skylights that had been left with the blinds fully open in august, so it was 40 degrees in the room when we arrived. Location was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
