Had stayed for 5 days. Fantastic rooms, tub facility made the day relaxing after tiring walks throughout. Good food , very serene place even though right in centre of Market place. Cordial n polite staff, helpful. Location is excellent. 5 stars from my side. Keep up the good work 👍

“I stayed at the Gateway Hotel Bur Dubai for a one night on a business trip, and I was very impressed with the hotel. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a great location, close to the Dubai Mall and other attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Dubai." Here are some of the specific things that I liked about the hotel: The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. The pool and gym are nice amenities. The price is reasonable. I would definitely recommend the Gateway Hotel Bur Dubai to anyone looking for a good value for their money in Dubai.

We had a wonderful experience. Special Thanks to restaurant staff Khaled and all the chefs for taking our food request for Indian food during breakfast. Great breakfast ,big clean rooms and great service. The beds were also very comfy and nice pool . Highly recommended Will surely be coming again.

We did not know what we had booked for, located in a crowded place with cramped access from main roads. Difficultly to find proper parking. Rooms are average we had taken triple occupancy and the room had a single window, which was not lockable since the window lock was broken. Bathrooms had the bare minimum for example hand wash soap, shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer, towels, hot water and nothing else. Restaurant was appalling not sure if they are aware how Indian food is prepared or what is Indian food!!!! My suggestion if you find better hotels please check reviews properly and go there.

Our stay at Bur Dubai Gateway Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The room was not only aesthetically pleasing but also maintained the highest standards of hygiene. The inclusion of a gym, swimming pool, and delectable Indian cuisine added a delightful touch to our overall experience. The staff at the hotel were incredibly humble and always ready to serve, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
