This hotel was great!! Superb value. Nice and quiet, comfy rooms and cotton bedding. Clean, private and v well situated. 2 mins walk to Clapham S, fast service to London, I’ll def be coming back.

Great reasonably priced rooms. The bed was a bit hard for me, but it was a perfect spot for visiting London. The tube is very close by, along with places to eat and grocery stores near. We had room 1 which was just at ground level but nice and roomy. They provided earplugs which was great being close to the street and above the tube. Coffee and tea were provided. The gentleman at the front desk was amazingly friendly and helpful. The Avalon next door was a great place to eat, inside or out on the patio.

The hotel was fine. Definitley a little aged. We had two rooms. A bigger one and a normal one. They were was fine. Clean but dirty spots here and there and need maintanance. Doors not opening unless you throw your body against it, some lights and sockets not working. It was decent but not great. The people were very nice. We were too early but they let us in anyway. Very helpfull. Very close to a metro station clapham south on the nothern line. So i do reccomend this place but dont expect a great amazinf hotel. Just a decent one for a decent price

I Loved the self-check in procedure, which allowed me to stick with my strict schedule. The hotel room felt like completely renovated and clean, and a lot of little details, such as ear plugs, fridge, tea, biscuits etc. Made the stay even better . A bit out of the center but very well connected by using the northern line. quality/price ratio unbeatable

Great place to stay. Rooms are clean and equipped with everything you could need. Our double room was very spacious. There is no catering on site but plenty of shops and nice cafés nearby. There is some noise from the road outside, depends on if you are used to a quiet place. Will visit again, very good location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
