        Charming, comfortable, fragrant and beautiful hotel. We loved it from the beginning of our stay until the end. Quality amenities and a fragrant room. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive. A magnificent location within the charming center of Capri.I loved everything

        Excellent location. The rooms are spacious and clean but the shower/bath was clogged and the wc had also problems. the service was overall disappointing. The staff was nonchalant and sometimes even rude. No help with the suitcases was provided when seeing us struggling, and the requests we had were often unwelcomed. Exemple : My family sent me flowers and they left it in the corner of the room (didn’t put it in a vase) and I had to ask for a vase a couple times before it got to the room. They did make us check in earlier than excepted but were unfriendly about it. We agreed on a price for the room beforehand but had to discuss it again upon arrival since they tried to charge us more. Luckily we had a written proof (email) of our agreement. Overall the the service doesn’t match up to the price and the fact that it is a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately Money doesn’t buy you kindness.

        This hotel is a good value for Capri -- the room was clean and comfortable, but fairly dated. The air conditioning worked very well, the breakfast was extremely good (the best we had on our trip), and the location was great (in the center of the Capri town). The service unfortunately was very unfriendly, and off putting.

        Clean rooms, nice space in the room, balcony was nice. Friendly staff, especially the housekeeping lady she was lovely and always made a point to come and talk to us. Decor was nice and traditional. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! Pastries all fresh and delicious, seating area for breakfast is gorgeous! A stones throw away from the centre. Beautiful.

        Very nice hotel in a perfect location, right in the center of Capri town. Staff was friendly and helpful, gave us great restaurant recommendations and organized the ferry tickets and luggage porters for our trip back to Naples. We would definitely stay here again!
