One of the most dissapointing apartment hotels I have experienced. Upon arrival we were made to wait 20 minutes outside for someone to arrive with the key to let us in. This is despite the fact that we had communicated what time we would be arriving. The apartment itself was dirty with visible stains and holes in the sleeper couch and sticky residue on the counters. The sleeper couch is incredibly uncomfortable and creeks and rattles whenever you move as though it is it broken. The walls are really thin and you can hear people speaking and furniture moving in other units. The geyser is really small and only one person could get a hot shower with all other guests showering in lukewarm water. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and it was only fixed the day before we left despite alerting maintainence the day we arrived. When we asked for more toilet paper we were told that it was provided as a "courtesy" upon arrival. I have never experienced a hotel that does not provide toilet paper. Despite the apartment's good location we had an overall really poor experience and would not recommend staying here.

The apartment is nice and in a nice area. However, there were 5 of us staying there and we asked for 2 sets of keys. We were declined and only offered 1 set. I found this pretty disappointing, it's not an unreasonable ask and managing 1 set of keys between 5 people was logistically challenging. Otherwise, nice place.

Beware. Our TV was not working so they arranged for a maintenance man to come into the apartment while we were out, using his own keys. We closed all the doors that did not need to be entered (obviously TV is in lounge room). When we came back, we saw that the person had opened the doors to our rooms. We knew because we left markers that would show us if the doors had been disturbed. Management came up with some lame excuse to the likes that he was checking to see if everyone was ok. They knew there would be no one there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
