This hotel was lovely! I am a solo traveller and my friend booked me this hotel for a week! Hand on heart the rooms were clean! It had a mini kitchen inside and a 4 poster bed! The balcony views over looks the beautiful scenery of Christ the redeemer! It’s so stunning here! The receptionist staff Danyel was lovely and welcoming! Very accommodating too! The hotel has a outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and restaurant with nice breakfast! You can feed baby miniature monkeys in this hotel too! The room was clean and had everything! The location of the hotel was amazing! It was even easier and good for me as I used a tour driver Robson to collect me to and from the airport and taken me to tourist attractions! He’s the best! Can speak fluent English, Spainish, Portuguese, Norwegian! You can find his business on ig tourist_transport or watsapp +55 21 96989-7821 I highly recommend this hotel and friendly staff and highly recommend Robson for all your tourism needs! Safe and reliable airport transfer and tour driver! Honestly to go the main tourist points yourself is dangerous! But to have someone show you is more comfortable and safe! Also to have a nice hotel to stay in Rio is peace of mind. Would highly recommend this hotel! The staff and everything is excellent!

From my extensive travels through 6 continents i can say this is the best hotel for money, the staff went above and beyond, appreciating all our request. I fed monkeys relaxed in the jacuzzi, ate a beautiful breakfast and fell asleep to one of the best views in Rio. Blake from Australia

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
