Breakfast was one croissant with coffee and that too about 150m from the apartment complex. They don't even store the luggage so we had to find a place ourselves. Room was super basic with no cups to drink coffee. The guy bought the paper cups when we asked. Very basic experience for 250 euro per night.

We only stayed here for one night, but we had a great time. The room is beautiful, spacious, modern and clean and Viviana has always been super kind and attentive. The swimming pool is shared but still very large and the lifeguard is attentive to compliance with the covid regulations. I don't give 5 stars only for two things that in my opinion need to be improved: organizing differently with the bar (nearby) for breakfast because there is no choice for those like me who eat things other than croissants/croissants. Furthermore, I believe that the B&B should be better signposted, perhaps on the intercom. In any case, I repeat that we had a really good time and we will remember Viviana's friendliness who made us feel pampered at every moment, even before arriving!

Very simple breakfast. A cup of coffee and a sweet pastry about 200 meters from the hotel. Shared the food with all the pigeons that were there. Bad air conditioning, no water in the pool. 24 euros per parking (18-24 hours). Little help to get on arrival. Difficult to find as it is an apartment complex. It was raining and there was a code on the gate. We hadn't been given a code so we stood there and waited for the staff who were inside due to rain. Noise from other apartments. Very concerned about check out. The positive was that it was a short distance to the city centre.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
