Decent experience. Comfortable, modern rooms. Decent food and drinks at restaurant. Extremely frustrating that it was near impossible to put restaurant orders on the room bill due to “system issues” all week. It was also not possible to borrow an ironing board and iron as “fully booked”. These are essential matters for work travellers. Hotel lobby not great for working especially after 5pm due to low light loud music setting of the restaurant. Good location towards Messe.

Rooms are very small. Our room had a plumbing issue. Sink was resolved. Shower had constant leaking to the entire bathroom floor for 10 days. Central main station is approximately a 10 minute walk. Staff at hotel are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Restaurant is horrible. Hotel management should know staff, at restaurant, are rude and super unprofessional. Hotel and restaurant are not related despite the fact that if you opt for breakfast, the breakfast is served at the restaurant. Guests should be advised of this. Hostess, at restaurant, was greeted and asked if we could order a table for 6 with our welcome drinks from the hotel to order dinner. She apparently was upset, having a bad night, or just an absolute c word (not complicated), and told the bartender we didn't greet her "properly" and he felt the need to bring it to our attention. I sat with my friends who were exhausted from traveling. They ate overpriced horrible mini tacos at $5 per taco out of hunger. I refrained from ordering a meal for fear they would spit in my food. Do the job you chose...serve your patrons with a smile or just stay home! Tourism brings money to your country. Appreciate it.

I liked this hotel previously, but today felt badly treated. I booked multiple rooms -- as max persons per room are two -- as a platinum Bonvoy member. At check in the clerk asked if I wanted free breakfast or points, and I chose breakfast. The next morning breakfast for only two was listed so I went to the desk. The team member said I only got breakfast for two per policy, but she would make an exception. Very nice, I thought, and we had breakfast. Then I saw a 58 euro charge for breakfast after checking out. That was basically for a piece of bread for a 7-year-old and an egg for a 10-year-old. Fine to only give breakfast to two people in a family if that's your policy, but don't make me think I'm getting a free breakfast then charge 58 euro. I would never have eaten in the restaurant had I known of this charge, and I was never told of it. Very bad form.

Incredibly aggravating parking experience and irritating check-in. After that, everything got much much better. The room is modern, stylish, bed is comfy, bathroom is great, quality toiletries, TV has streaming apps and Chromecast. I have nothing bad to say about the room. They are a tad small but not a deal breaker. However, for the love of what is holy... AVOID if you are coming by car AND are unfamiliar with Frankfurt. There is literally not even a small drop off zone out front to stop. Virtually zero street parking, and the city layout is difficult to navigate at night to find the closest parking garage. Staff will not help you find a parking spot (told me nearest parking garage was full and told me I was SOL) and there are no vouchers for parking. Illegally parked while checking in and taking luggage to my room, risked towing, then had to pay 45€ to park overnight a 10 min walk away. In addition, this is geared towards younger, hipper crowd. Check in process was a little disappointing because the reception area has loud music and the receptionist was speaking with a soft voice so I only made out half the words. I might have signed off my first unborn child for all I know. I'm in my 30s but it felt like a night club entrance not a hotel reception area. Restaurant food was okay. Plus for fast service but nothing to write home about, bbq was not the best, but this is Germany, not Texas.

We stayed New Year’s Eve and it was loud but what do you expect. Staff was nice and it was clean. Water pressure in the shower was good. The outside area is a bit ghetto though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
