This is my number one place to stay in Rome. First, it is in walking distance of Roma Termini station. Right in the heart of Rome, while still managing to be a relaxing and quiet place to stay. The staff are amazing!!! It is run by women and when I told them it was my wife's birthday they first showered her with congratulations and then chastised me for not letting them know. They had to rush downstairs to get a bottle of champagne so that we could celebrate. They went out of their way to provide us with whatever information or services we needed. Even finding us a taxi to Ciampino airport at 4:30 in the morning. The rooms are cute, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are immaculate. What more can I say! This place has it all for a very reasonable price.

Delightful place, clean rooms, good continental breakfast delivered to your room. Two good restaurants on same street. Don't bother getting a taxi from Termini, it's literally a 7 min walk, even with cases. Would def stay again.

Myself and my wife are actually on our last day here. The owners are very helpful and kind. The rooms are the cleanest weve ever stayed in and the breakfast is nice. The room is cleaned every day and we came back to little surprises like prosecco, sweets, chocolates, water and cans of coke. If we ever return, its here we will stay. Thank you so much to our hosts for a wonderful stay in Rome 🇮🇹🍕🏛🍷♥️

Excellent location, a hidden gem, Liana and Ricardo are the best, we had a delay with the car rental company and they waited for us (our fault, we didn't know that check-in was until 6pm!), the rooms are clean and comfortable and with excellent aroma (each room has a theme / color) The restaurant at the exit is not bad at all and with good prices, the airport bus passes one block away and Termini station is two blocks away. We were on our honey moon and they bring us some specials to celebrate! Thanks a lot!

What a fantastic little hotel. The location is great. It was spotless, with complementary soft drinks, water, a selection of tea and coffee. The staff Richard and Liana were absolutely fantastic and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Rome. A hidden Gem.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
