Terrible service, every waiter has attitude, we made a 9:30 reservation at a restaurant and then they told us the kitchen closes in 20 minutes. Why give us the reservation for in the first place? Food is terrible everywhere. Room service takes over an hour. The beach is tiny with no room to swim without stepping in sharp rocks. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to any other resort even if it's more expensive.

It was okay. But we are used to the Excellence brand and this was lacking. Our reservations were missing the first two nights. The pool should be heated. Kids club was nice. Food options are limited. I just saw a post on Facebook that they were looking at $11,000 to book here for two rooms. No way is it worth that. Do some research and find a better deal! The Casitas and Royale were nice for an adult only dinner option.

Nothing about this hotel is 4 stars. It’s run down, over priced and the view has cement blocks the entire beach shore, oh and don’t come for a Mexican experience.. it has Indian food, and basic Italian and breakfast is better at a holiday inn express. We wanted to check out the minute we arrived but didn’t want to lose the almost $3,000 we paid in food for all inclusive. Which you have no choice in purchasing or not, and they don’t have a non alcoholic package. We are maybe 5 meals total here.. and room service was stale, cold, and gross…

This place is awful! It’s suppose to be kid friendly and there is no place for kids and parents to spend time together except the pool. If you are traveling with a big group, forget about it. Lots of mosquitoes at night time. NOT RECOMMENDED! DO NOT BOOK!!!! Find somewhere else to spend time. They do not try to help you. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay at their resort. If you don’t know Spanish communication with staff is very difficult. If you ask for same thing from one person they say no and ask from another they say yes. Food is okay. There is minimal variety so you eat same thing every day. Restaurants are reservations only. Buffet is not there all day. Everything to buy is overpriced x3. They say they have special on massage that day only but special lasts everyday! They try to sell you everything expensive.

Easy to get to from the airport. A fairly large resort with shuttles to take you around. The food left A LOT to be desired though. We usually don’t do the all inclusive and just go out to eat, but we were here for a wedding this time, and ate at several of the restaurants. All were quite bland and basic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
