PROS: - Absolutely incredible service from all staff, in particular Food and Beverages. The way they attended to our particular intolerances and vegetarianism was up there with the best we've ever encountered. - Huge amount of food provided (almost too much, at times LOL). - The ship is beautifully decorated. - Halong Bay is absolutely incredible. I've seen many references to rubbish, but we saw three (yep, we counted) pieces of litter only. I've also read negative comments about how many ships are on the Bay, but really, it doesn't matter (besides which, all the people that complain about too many ships are actually on a ship themselves, which is rather hypocritical!) - Lifejackets were enforced. - I loved that the squid fishing was done with authentic bamboo fishing poles. CONS: - All drinks (even soft drink) have to be bought... which adds up after a while. I think at least soft drinks should be provided during meals. - All the food was lukewarm at best. This was quite disappointing, as it was such delicious food! I mentioned this to the head Food and Beverages manager, so hopefully they've worked out a way to keep the hot food warm at the very least. - The tender boat (pictured) is extremely stuffy. They need to get more air flowing through somehow, as our entire boatload felt on the verge of heat exhaustion. - The beds are a bit hard. - The food is really not suitable for children/teenagers. A lot of way too fancy items which our children just had to skip over. It would be great to have a separate Kids Menu for 18 and under. ALL IN ALL, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS GORGEOUS BOAT TO ANYONE (IN FACT, I HAVE ALREADY DONE SO TO MULTIPLE PEOPLE). THE BAY IS SERENE AND THIS BOAT WAS, TOO.

This boat is a sure hit. Totally recommended. Experience of 10. Everything was perfect, we were delighted. It is very worth the price. The attention from all the staff was wonderful, they were very attentive that everything was perfect. All the food they gave us was delicious, and it was plentiful. The rooms are new, beautiful and very clean. The activities were very entertaining, they are voluntary, so if you prefer to rest you can stay on the boat (it is recommended to do them all!). The only thing was that the drinks were not included and the price of the beers was higher than anywhere else in Vietnam (it is understandable from where we were). I would repeat without thinking about it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
