Quite a good location to stay (half hour from the peak). Rooms are affordable and have towels and dental kits available. Found some black mould in the toilets and bedding may have some small stains but overall livable. Staff are abit curt but willing to provide help

Smooth check in.. Room spacious and excellent cleanliness.. Nice and clean toilet..floor looks abit dirty but acceptable. The construction sound can be heard but after closing the sliding it's acceptable. Small swimming pool and lack of facilities. Strategic location you can find anything within walking journey.

All the staffs are efficient and friendly. It was a smooth check in and check out. Convenient for us with kiddos as there are variety of foods below the hotel and we are spoilt for choice. There is a Watson store there too. The view is nice too! We will come back for sure! Highly recommended😁

Great stay and location. The best part of it all was the FOOD served at the hotel buffet! Unexpectedly became among the most delicious food I've ever had! There was a super aesthetic green bathroom that reminded me of a Slytherin dungeon in the best way, and the heated infinity pool is a cool feature! The hotel itself is located near many shops that open till late at night so you have no worries trying local fare or getting necessities. My only qualm was when I was trying to sleep one night and the buskers outside were super loud, but it could be cos my room was near the side where they were. All in all, I would definitely stay again~

I stayed at this place when I was in Genting for 2 days, and I enjoyed it! I tooked the family suite and the room was really clean. The bathrooms was also pretty clean aswell. The only thing that I dislike is it takes around 20-30 minutes up to drive to Sky avenue. The service was also good. Nice and friendly staffs there. The breakfast buffet was decent and ok lah. The swimming pool seemed clean. I rate this hotel 5 stars, and I would recommend this place if you just wanna stay at a hotel with your family or friends.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
