Stayed for a night here with my wife and two young children. The room is spacious and the facilities that were provided have met the usual needs. However, more needs to be done on customer service. During checkout, I was shocked to hear one of the front desk staff rudely yelling at a lady demanding her to pay for a lost spoon. I am like "girl" why do this in front of young guests and the whole lobby to hear all for RM10 in damages? Bad day or just a bad attitude? That front desk staff in my opinion shouldn't work at a hotel or any other work that requires customer service.

2nd time here & visited here again for their in-room jacuzzi. One of the few hotels to have your own personal in-room jacuzzi. Room is relatively okay. Nothing to shout about apart from the huge tub. There seemed to be a slight upgrade on their furniture since my last visit in 2022. Addition of the smart TV in the room is great. Built-in Netflix, Amazon Prime & you are also able to cast from your android phone. One of the downside would be the lack of private parking lots. Only hourly street parkings are available. Do remember to pay their street parking charges via the MBJB app to avoid unnecessary fines.

Quite decent room for Executive Suite King room with basic amenities. One keycard can be for security but can be quite inconvenient, too Bedsheet/mattress not clean - feel itchy when sleeping on bed Location is not so ideal for family because of slightly long walking distance to Aeon shopping mall. The situation could be worse if it's rainy days.

The hotel is near to restaurants within walking distance. Street parking is available and just park in front of the hotel. Lobby is very comfortable and receptionists are helpful. Room is clean and neat. Bathroom is big and clean too. Second time staying here but this time has better experience! Will definitely come again.

Well I would say my Monday stay was fine and basic but almost got cheated today when they say only left queen suite available and charge 120rm but it was the same room I had on Monday at 70rm..😅. Manage to get back my 50rm with help from cleaner. Eh owner, please educated staff to be honest.. 😅

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
