This was n AMAZING place to stay! The rooms are excellent. The shower has both a regular shower head and a rain shower head. They have Nespresso coffee for you in your room and in the lobby. The hotel staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is the very best and enjoyable. The restaurant just off the lobby is amazing with great prices and excellent food. The location is great to get to all kind of activities! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Vancouver, BC

I will be back next time we are in Vancouver for an event. The little details that they have thought of in the rooms were appreciated. I was surprised they had a hair straightener and a curling iron for use in the room. Slippers and robes were great when going to the hot tub. Very clean facility abet a few signs of wear and tear on some furniture. Overall I enjoyed our experience, and the location is great.

The decision to stay in this hotel turned my daughter's birthday celebration into a nightmare. They put us in a dirty, dusty room with a filthy tub (which I ended up cleaning myself after borrowing cleaning products from a maid in the hall) on a low floor even though we were told we'd be put on a higher floor to enjoy the view of Vancouver at night. I complained about this and the "manager" asked us to wait while housekeeping readied a better room for us. We sat for a total of 4 hours and nothing...I called the front desk to find out how much longer they were going to be because I had 2 hungry teenagers (not to mention my partner and I) waiting to go out for my daughter's birthday dinner. I was told at this time that there was a room ONE floor higher, on the other side of the hotel. This would have been great if we wanted to enjoy the view of the hotel we SHOULD have stayed at! After all of the runaround we ended up staying in the same room we were given 5 hours previously, we could have enjoyed an evening in the city before returning to Victoria in that time. Instead we ordered mediocre pizza and watched TV because it was too late to take 2 teenaged girls out downtown. Now we're planning my birthday celebration and wouldn't return to this hotel if it was free! They lied to us, offered nothing for our inconvenience...not even an apology. Don't waste your money, there are SO many better options.

I drove in from Washington to watch the canucks play(they won!) and this location is great to just walk to rogers arena. Mauricio and Paulo at the front desk went above and beyond in the help with an issue I had and were so kind and gracious! If I could give them 10 stars on this review, I totally would! Plus on top of the great service, the room is big and relaxing and I felt safe staying here . Whenever I come back to Vancouver, I'll stay here each and every time !!!

I wish I could give the rooms 5 stars but the beds were rather uncomfortable and sunken it, it felt as if they hadn't been flipped in ages. Other than that the room was great. The experience itself was wonderful. The location and nearby amenities make this a great spot if you're traveling to Vancouver for the first time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
