First room had at least five cockroaches..some were under mattress so asked for a new room. They were very accommodating, but the second room still still has a few roaches as did the hallway. Third room was the charm, though significantly smaller space. Just happy this one was bug-free. I would've rather spent more money for clean place. Staff was very nice and accommodating, though. Shower never got hot.

I am with a group of friends and it's good that we have the safest place to leave our bags to travel around Makati. Although the facilities are quite old and some incomplete toiletries but this is a good place to rest for a good value of money. If you want to hangout at night, there's a bar at the rooftop :)

The staff service in this hotel is a 10. We had some argument w/ a cab driver upon arrival and the hotek guard went out to meet us in and came to our defense. The check-in was fast and smooth, and if you ask for room service like cups w/ hot water, they would offer to bring the water heater. Small gestures like this go way up in my standards. Our room was small, to be honest, but everything you need to feel comfortable is given. The hotel staff is what really makes the place stand out. 😀

Please BEWARE of this hotel. This hotel is deceiving people. I booked and paid in full online. But when I arrived at the hotel, the frontdesk lady told me that my booking is cancelled by their property management, because their price is not updated online. I paid 6,000 Php in July 2, 2022 and no refund was given back to my credit card. THEY CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AND DOES NOT ISSUE REFUND. Please beware of this hotel! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
