Absolutely amazing service from the time we turned up. Stayed in room 5 which is on the first level. The room was absolutely amazing, it smelt so fresh when we walked in. This was emergency accommodation for us whilst we couldn't get back into Holloways Beach due to flooding. For a self contained apartment it was just fantastic. It had EVERYTHING and was super comfortable (apart from the mattress 🤣) I would happily stay here again though. Nothing but praise for the staff here and the condition of the room. Sadly we had to source other accommodation due to the room being booked out but our stay was warm, welcoming and clean. Thank you so much for helping us in time of need. Grateful just doesn't seem to be good enough in my eyes. Thank you again.

I am happy with the location and the accommodation. It has all needs provided. Because we were in cairns for hospital and a little holiday this accommodation fits perfectly for me and my family. I would highly recommend this accommodation for my family and friends.

Room were good and kitchens were handy. The location wasn’t as central as some, but was a good price to make up for a little extra walking. We had multiple apartments booked as we were part of a big group, it was a shame we weren’t situated near each other at all. The pool was great and they had towels onsite.

Loved the pool and the warm spar. Room met our expectations.Friendly service eager to help immediately. Could walk to city but did take cans $7 to main city area and $34 maxicab to airport. We enjoyed our stay

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
