Very nice boutique hotel. Sits in a historical building but everything inside is super new. Got a room with a very nice big bathtub. Thanks for offering the upgrade. Lunch set at the restaurant was also very nice.

The only reason the location isn't getting 5✨ is the construction going on nearby. I still recommend this hotel as my top pick in Dresden. Very short walk to the Christmas Market and very good public transportation within the city.

A hotel in a really convenient location with excellent rooms and service. The location is right next to the Rathaus and is minutes away from Neumarkt and much of the old town. The amenities are great in the room and the bathroom is fantastic. They also have delicious candy at the check-in desk and we took quite a few :)

A historical landmark with impressive service from the staff to match the grandiosity of the hotel - from check in with Verena, to Jessica who upgraded me to a new room with the Marriott Bonvoy membership, to the restaurant that served a delicious and big portion of spaghetti Bolognese, to the breakfast with the server Illia who was an absolute gentleman and helpfully attentive to all brekkie needs, to Jennifer who was amazing to deal with and would reply to the Marriott app chat very quickly and full of courteous hospitality. I was very impressed with the experience and if I come back to Dresden, then this is the establishment I’d want to stay in.

Large room, bubble bathtub. Charming flair. Breakfast buffet is very varied, you can even make your own waffles. Great location, very central. Shower is a bit inconvenient in the bubble bath quite close to the wall and the rim of the bathtub.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
