The pictures on the booking websites are from 5 years ago and boy oh boy has it gone downhill from then, it was a shock when, after arriving there, I decided to read some reviews and the complaints from 2 years ago about light bulbs not working and sink faucets being rusty and broken were still valid. Photos from 2 years ago looked like they were taken by me the day I arrived. The toilet seats were dirty and had no toilet paper, the bidet had lower pressure, no hooks anywhere on the showers, that were also really dark, the shower head was all rusty too, but at least the bathroom didn't stink, albeit looking completely abandoned. The Pods are OK, the ac works fine, but they're really small, it is advertised as a full bed but it can't accommodate 2 people comfortably, me and my wife booked 3 nights and after being unable to sleep the first one, due to very small space and being pretty hot, we decided to book somewhere else because it was that bad. The Pods privacy curtains fell off when I tried to close them. The ac on common area doesn't work either and there's mosquitoes everywhere. The owner of this place needs to put in a lot of work here to become decent, at $8/night it's still really expensive for what you get. Even though the location is good, the place itself is very hidden and hard to find. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because the staff was really kind, friendly and receptive, otherwise I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Considering the price its okay. For improvement: 1. Make your signage visible. Please put a cue (took 15mins to find it) ITS BEHIND THE RESTO 2. Pod is good (comfy sheets and pillow) However pls be strict in your rule to be considerate with other guests (too noisy: talking and loud mobile volume) 3. Locker is good idea for valuable. Also put cctv for more security. 4. Attendee its like they are bystanders only. 5. Shared Toilet - were okay. Not worse. But pls put tissue and make the light more brighter. 6. Pod assignment - i think its okay for us to request a room or pod change.

The room is very, very cheap for PIK area. It is decent for overnight stay or short trip. Nice bed. Nice receptionist dudes. Over the years the facilities are getting severely damaged (especially the bathroom), and the apparent suspects are the rude guests.

The owner need to make some makeover for the toilet and pod. For hygienist person like me I can't stay there. The toilet got water leaking everywhere. Disgusting. The toilet bowl can move around. Maybe it wasn't cement well. The light in the bathroom is not very good. It's dark. Everything inside it was rusty. The pod have this cockroach smells. Maybe a little but my nose are very sensitive so i cud smell it. There were hole everywhere in the pod also. It wasn't well maintained. The bed are still comfy. And the pillow is nice as well. Too bad i cant stand the smell. The location is very nice as it's nearby the pik avenue and Chinatown. It will be wasted if it's not well maintained.

It’s a pod not fit for two, so don’t call it double duluxe. Just call it pod for one person. Maybe for two toddlers? Anyway, this place is memorable because of the mosquitoes. I’d not come here again. Airco is only at the hall, pod is hot. Public space is without airco. Glad it was just one night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
