We are in the hotel right now, the walls are so thin that we can hear the neighbours from both sides. In one room the TV is blaring, in the other room they are talking loudly and laughing. The fact that the room is dirty is tolerable, but you can't sleep in this noise. This is below criticism.

I cannot express how unsatisfactory this place is. Made the mistake to not check Google reviews and trusted booking.com, big mistake. The place is filthy. My pillow was full of hair, the bedside table covered in dust, the breakfast tables grimy and we were the first ones there. The breakfast is disappointing to say the least. Nothing is freshly made, the eggs were left to boil to a point they are rubbery. Coffee machine was broken and the "food" was just plain bad. STAY AWAY!

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks. First of all i want to say that the reception staff are very kind and polite and ready to help you in any way they can. They are really worth 5 stars. Our room was on the top floor, which had only 3 rooms, and that's why it was quiet. The hotel is far from historical places and takes about 15 minutes to reach bus station and 30 to reach subway. Fine restaurants are around the hotel but it takes about 10 to 30 minutes walk to reach them. The hotel has a restaurant that is OK. Breakfast is free but i gave it 2 stars. Not near to what a breakfast should be. Service is not very good. Safe and phone wouldn't work and they weren't able to repair it. Shower had also problem.

The receptionists were nice and prompt, but unfortunately that is the only good thing that I have to say about our staying. We have found dirty dishes served as clean ones at breakfast; although we have asked for 2 days in a row for our room to be cleaned, nobody did that, we had to ask for clean sheets and toilet paper at the reception. No diversity at breakfast, no food in the fridge, no flip flops, not temperature adjustment possible.. the location is not the best either (no street illuminating during night in that zone). I would not reccomend this hotel, unfortunately.

The location is good, easy to access from the highway and easy to go into the city ( 10 minutes walk to metro A). Rooms are furnished like a standard hotel with a desk, tv and air con. Bed was comfortable. Luggage storage is available. Good continental breakfast with choice of sweet and savoury. Parking is available for free on the street right in front of the hotel. The staff at the check in was not friendly at all and made us feel uncomfortable. Cleaning could be improved.
