Highly recommended for this hotel. I booked the only one Premier Deluxe Room with balcony, very nice Melaka River view. Room was very clean. And staffs all very friendly and helpful. But if you easy awake from noise or not easy to fall in sleep person, please choose other type room instead of this with balcony room, to be honest a bit noisy at night on peak season. Hotel have 2 parking lot behind hotel for customers, very convenient. Overall very satisfied we stay 3 days 2 nights in this hotel.

The hotel facade and the room itself were marvellous though the room was small. Really small. Room noise insulation was better than expected. Parking is limited to 2 spots on a first come first serve basis. The location was fantastic as it's just a minute walk to Jonker street.

Nice boutique hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. Service staff were relatively nice. Toothbrush/paste not provided, else other common amenities are available. Location was great - very near Jonker walk. Didn't like that we were unable to use our keycards to enter the main entrance and always had to wait for the staff to open from the inside after knocking. One of the rooms stayed in was directly above the street, so it was pretty noisy. The room doors are not soundproof. Only 2 lots are available at the back of the hotel, so not suitable if you're a family/group of friends with more than 2 cars.

I simply adore this boutique hotel. It offers a great location near popular attractions, excellent amenities, and a delightful staff. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable and pleasant stay in the area. It was a pleasure of staying at this pleasant boutique hotel on the fringe of Jonker Walk. The location was fantastic, as it was close to the famous Red Tarbush buskers and only a short walk away from Masjid Kampung Kling, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Additionally, the River Melaka was conveniently situated just at the rear of the hotel. One aspect that stood out to me was the hotel's provision of free car parking for residents. This was a great convenience for those who had their own vehicles. The rooms at the hotel were more than decent, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The well-designed toilets were also worth mentioning, as they were clean and well-maintained. The water pressure in the showers was impressive as well, ensuring a satisfying bathing experience. The staff at the hotel, particularly Killa, Zanariah, and Shakeeb, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their warm and welcoming attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
