Now known as 747 Lofts. Very much seems like this place was designed by a house flipper. Everything's just a bit off and below average. Three things I'll note. 1. Door to the room just has key-code entry. Maybe it's security theater but a deadbolt is pretty common and would have added a bit in terms of sense of safety. 2. When we arrived the room was quite hot. Turned on the AC, no big deal, except then the whole room smelled like old food. I cleaned the dust off the filters myself. Towels and linens, clean. Visible surfaces. Clean. Everything else. Dusty. Dingy. 3. This place had basically no surfaces to put stuff down, which doesn't seem like a big deal I'm sure. But there's no shelves or surface in the bathroom for cosmetics. Almost no space for clothes or other basics to be set down. It's nice to get settled in a place you're staying for multiple nights and this didn't allow for that. Pros: Contact-less entry is convenient. Though what happens with an emergency with no staff around? Fridge. Sizable and real, not some dorm fridge that freezes everything. Location. Really cool area around and super walkable. The Italian pub across the street was chill. Nearby pharmacy and grocery store.

Really enjoyed my stay! It was so nice having a kitchen and washer/dryer right in the room. The privacy is great and the staff is very nice. I think people who prefer daily housekeeping shouldn’t book here, because your room is cleaned before and after you leave (not during). But I enjoyed the privacy and apartment feel. The location is great but a little noisy, which I didn’t mind. I would definitely stay here again!

Okay, the only things that kept me from giving this place 5 stars are the parking and the bed. Parking was a bit tricky because it was street parking on a pretty narrow street. We got lucky and were able to get a spot right next to the door of the building a little while after we checked in. The bed wasn't too bad, but wasn't all that comfortable either. It was also low to the floor. Other than those two things it was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was cool and the blue line is literally a 1 minute walk away. The apartment was very clean and updated. The shower was fantastic. There is a really good coffee shop right next to the train station (Big Shoulders Coffee) and a good pizza joint next door (D'Agostino's). Overall great stay for us.

This is a wonderful stay place. Its so close to public transport that's both subway and buses. You can reach downtown within 20 minutes. Apartment has all the basic facilities even a washing dryer system too. Management is too good... maintained the place well & the on-site staff is super friendly. It's a must book place for tourists especially families. Self check-in & check-out process is hassle free.

Full, clean studio-apartment-style suite for significantly less than decent area hotels. Staff are friendly though important to note there is not staffing 24 hours a day. Stayed here while working and attending a music festival, and it worked out quite well. Couple good cafes and a CVS within the block.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
